Job Description:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) OnTrade will have the opportunity and responsibility to build and execute a plan to grow our distribution and scale within the channel. She or he will be part of the Horeca team, managing the field sales representative (BDR) and reporting to the Country Manager Norway.

Through strong partnerships with our wholesalers, collaborations with buying groups and an effective field sales strategy the KAM will execute their strategy and monitor the performance to ensure that the results match or outperforms the expectations.

 

Tasks:

Wholesalers

  • Ensure listing of new to be introduced SKUs
  • Set up and ensure an annual promo planning
  • Monthly meeting to discuss performance
  • Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
  • Drive distribution and sales through wholesaler compensation models

Buying groups

  • Participate in BG tenders to increase our distribution
  • Point of contact with BG leads and the different members
  • Discuss campaigns or joint marketing initiatives to increase performance

Field Sales

  • Weekly planning and coaching sessions
  • Monthly target setting and follow up

 

Profile: 

  • Finished academic degree
  • Preferable 2 years of commercial experience including account and P&L management
  • Function is a boarding function, candidate has to show potential to grow in the organization
  • Feels at home in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Target driven and a “dream big” mindset
  • Wiling to go the extra mile to deliver the results
  • Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve set goals
  • Has good analytical skills and experience using Excel, and knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent/native in Norwegian and in English
