For our customer Response Nordic, we are looking for a Finnish speaking Account manager who is well aware of bicycles and bicycle related products and scene.

As the Account Manager, you are the brand/category owner in the Finnish market for multiple brands like MTB Bike brand, Peaty´s, Drysure, Goal Zero, GoPro.

You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth with all brands and strengthening the relationship with relevant customers in the sports/bike market.

The ideal candidate can hit the ground running and has contacts in sports retail with focus on the bike industry. Experienced enough to set up the necessary sales tools to build our presence in Finland. Input on how to set up sell-in process including showroom and channel strategy.


Main responsibilities:

• Owning the relationship for the assigned brands/category (focus in sports and cycling) and building strong connections with key retailers B2C as well as B2B.

• Collaborating with Brand and Marketing team to develop short- and long-term business plans.

• Building strategies and developing tactics to accelerate growth.

• Managing all local commercial agreements


Skills and requirements:

·       Interested in sports and/or active lifestyle

- experience in bicycles or bicycle related product categories. An existing network is also key

·       experience within the industry required

·       3+ years of specific sales experience in branded consumer goods industry, preferably sports and/or cycling.

·       Enjoys working in a fast changing and challenging environment

·       Positive Mindset

·       Action oriented

·       Target, deadline orientated and organized

·       Strong presentation, selling and negotiation skills

·       Enjoy working with people and is able to build networks

·       Good analytical skills and comfortable working with data

·       Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.

·       Fluent English & native Finnish

Location: Helsinki capital area – southern part of Finland
