Founded in 2013 by two experienced industrial designers and friends, Jonas Groth and Carl Ljungh, the brand is on a mission to re(de)fine the home appliances industry. About the role

Aarke´s sales team is growing and Aarke is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to manage the administration around our accounts and customers.  

In this position you need to get a good understanding of how our collaborations work with our key accounts. Find a structure of working together with our sales rep and our logistics department. Support our customers around Europe mainly with questions relating orders, logistics, deliveries and products. 


Job description

  • Be point of contact for our customers/key accounts
  • Answer questions relating orders, products, articles, data and reclaim
  • Collect and register incoming orders in our ERP system
  • Collaborate with our logistics department regarding deliveries to our customer/accounts
  • Close collaboration with our sales team, support them in the best way
  • Article updates and care in our internal systems
  • Develop the daily work and working more efficient
  • Work closely to amazon and other direct selling retailers, answer questions etc


Working experience & skills

  • Experience from an international environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a simular position
  • Understanding what happens after a placed order, some logistics experience and knowledge
  • Amazon experience is a big bonus
  • Knows order management
  • Good collaborations skills
  • Strong communication
  • Enjoys working in a hectic and fast paced environment 
  • Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
