As a Senior Account Manager Ontrade your responsibility will focus on existing and potential customers, as well as the buying groups. The main goal is to ensure that we as their partner help them maximize their business, through portfolio advice and increased distribution.

Job tasks

Buying Groups

  • Build and maintain relationship with contracted buying groups
  • Establish contact and a relationship with other buying groups
  • Participate in tenders and negotiations to close new contracts

Existing customers

  • Plan and have follow up meetings
  • Track performance in line with contract expectations
  • Assortment development
  • Contract renegotiation

Potential customers

  • Plan visits to present our brand portfolio
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Work together with technical partner for draught equipment

Activation

  • Sell in brand activations to customers that are a good brand fit
  • Help customer with the execution to optimise impact

Profile

We are searching for someone that:

  • Has an academic degree
  • Has a driver's license
  • Is fluent/native in both Norwegian and English
  • Has experience as a Account Manager, preferably within the channel to leverage their own network
  • Has good analytical skills and experience using Excel
  • Feels at home in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Has a target driven and a “dream big” mindset
  • Is willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
  • Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve set goals
  • Knows how to manage relationships with customers big and small
