As a KAM/Head of Off-trade you will have the full responsibility for the off-trade market in Norway. You will have to negotiate and keep the strong relationship to some of our biggest customers. Furthermore you will be managing your employees that report directly to you and engaging with field sales force team to meet your ambitious growth targets.

Job Description:

Join the team growing our brands in the newly created operations in Norway. You will lead our off-trade sales operations in Norway, building the business from the ground up. Forging strong relationships with local retailers, as well as managing the field sales force will be key to ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets.

 

Main accountabilities:

  • Key account management
    • Owner of the off-trade/customer P&L
    • Responsible for growing listings and volume performance of the main accounts
    • Financial knowledge, able to manage P&L
    • Lead yearly negotiations with all Norwegian retailers
    • Day-to-day SPOC for the buyers at all retailers
    • Routine follow up with retailers to secure and grow sales volume
    • Ensure execution of our campaigns in retail
    • Build a deep understanding of the channel and local legislation
    • Managing and coaching the Junior Key Account Manager
    • Team lead experience
    • Strong leadership skills
  • Merchandisers
    • Daily / weekly / monthly routines with our partner and the external merchandisers in off-trade
    • Organize a monthly meeting where you discuss results, cascade new targets, and give trainings.
    • Analyze our operations and performance on a regular basis to improve our way of working
    • Proven networker, strong at building relationships
    • Experience in various commercial positions

 Profile

We are searching for someone that:

  • Has an academic degree
  • Has a driver's license
  • Is fluent/native in both Norwegian and English
  • Has several years of experience as a KAM, 
  • Has good analytical skills and experience using Excel
  • Feels at home in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Has a target driven and a “dream big” mindset
  • Is willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
  • Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve set goals
  • Knows how to manage and keep strong relationships with customers
  • Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges
