The customer

Our customer - AB Inbev, the world's largest supplier of beer strengthens its Nordic team, and we are looking for an Account Manager to join the team.
If you are looking for new challenges and opportunities within sales to FMCG - here is the chance! As part of a larger Nordic team, you will help expand the brand of already-known consumer goods through sales and implementation of campaigns.

This role will be focused on both account management to maximise existing relationships, whilst also putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts, both at wholesale and outlet level. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium and core portfolio. Supporting, monitoring  and execution of retention strategy for ABI brands within partner wholesale supplied outlets is key to this role, along with demonstration of commercial acumen and delivery of KPI results, whilst embracing the ABI 10 key principals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive volume and grow ABI share at our partner wholesaler whilst making sure they have the right  tools and incentives to reach their volume targets.

  • Be the ambassador of ABI brands at the wholesaler and in charge of training the wholesaler teams on our products
  • Deliver distribution, volume and other commercial metric through intensive collaboration with the wholesaler but also through management of existing commercial relationships and potential prospects
  • Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics. 
  • Develop a strong network of working relationships in the industry and actively pursue relevant leads for potential new relationships with other wholesalers 

Your Background:

You probably have experience in sales and have a strong desire to succeed with your goals. You thrive in cooperation with people, and you are extrovert and social.

  • Outgoing, social and with good communication skills
  • Has a background in sales, possibly from a similar position
  • Love the sales work Like working with goals and KPIs
  • Love that 2 days is not the same
  • Competitive person all the way to the fingertips
  • Skilled and self-propelled
  • Love to join a larger Nordic team with the world's largest beer producer
  • Experience from work in the supply chain is not a requirement, but a big plus
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
  • Has a driving license, category B
