FMCG Wholesale / Key Account Manager 

Summary

This role will be focused on both account management to maximise existing relationships, whilst also putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts, both at wholesale and outlet level. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium and core portfolio. Supporting, monitoring and execution of retention strategy for ABI brands within partner wholesale supplied outlets is key to this role, along with demonstration of commercial acumen and delivery of KPI results, whilst embracing the ABI 10 key principals.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive volume and grow ABI share at our partner wholesaler and National Account Groups whilst making sure they have the right tools and incentives to reach their volume/activation targets
  • Be the ambassador of ABI brands at the wholesaler/account and in charge of training the teams on our products
  • Deliver distribution, volume and other commercial metrics through intensive collaboration with the wholesaler but also through management of existing commercial relationships and potential prospects
  • Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics.
  • Develop a strong network of working relationships in the industry and actively pursue relevant leads for potential new relationships with other wholesalers

In this assignment, you will be employed by Nordic Retail Group (NRG) as a consultant, but work full time for our client. As a consultant at NRG, you will be offered secure employment terms, training within sales and marketing, assignments with exciting customers and career opportunities in our long and established network within the industry.

The employment is fulltime and ongoing. Start date: May 2nd.

The compensation consists of a base salary and possible bonus based on your performance.
