The customer:

ABinbev is the world's leading producer of beer. ABinbev has over 400 different brands worldwide. As some of the best known in DK were Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Leffe and Hoegaarden.

  ABinbev has begun to expand their Nordic team and is therefore looking for a Field Sales Manager. You will work with the market's strongest beer brand and help to ensure continued growth at ABinbev. The task itself will be located in Copenhagen.

In this role you will refer directly to the Country Manager

Main accountabilities:

Join the team growing our brands in the newly created operations in the Nordics. You will lead our off-trade field sales team in Denmark, building the business from the ground up. Managing  the field sales force, will be key to ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets.

Furthermore that is expected in the role:

  • Daily / weekly / monthly routines with the Sales representatives
  • Target setting & tracking
  • Implement sales & coaching routines
  • Optimize the visibility of our brands and promotions
  • Carry out daily reports on the objectives set by our CRM tool
  • Increase and ensure the availability of our products and promotions by introducing and tracking our beers 
  • Manage the budget
  • Act as an AB InBev Ambassador: representing our brands, acting as an expert on our products and sharing best practices with the clients.  
  • Support the Key account on projects

Requirements: 

  • Team lead experience
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills
  • Prepared to work in a fast paced environment with daily challenges
  • You love beer, strong brands and innovative ways of doing business!
  • You hold a Masters’ degree (or at least a Bachelor’s degree)
  • You were born to deliver an extraordinary customer service  and are result-oriented
  • You are proficient in English and Danish
  • You are proactive and don’t mind occasionally working towards tight deadlines
  • You are a Team Player that can also work autonomously and in a structured way
  •  Excel and Powerpoint is like a member of your family and “analysis” should appear on your ID 
  • Thinking out of the Box is one of your hobby
  • Resilience and Stress-resistance are part of your DNA
  • You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable working with senior leadership and other departments within an international setting. 
  • Driver license and private car is a requirement.
