Job description

The purpose of this job is to lead Brand Activation for our brand portfolio, including Budweiser and Corona, in the development of any physical Trade Marketing solution in the Nordics. These solutions are either standard POCM, activation kits or selling tools for both channels, ON and OFF TRADE.

Standard POCM (POC materials) are developed to execute our POC execution drivers, that will positively impact rate of sale and brand visibility in POC. The scope is the following :

- Off Trade: Temporary and permanent in shelf POCM and displays out of shelf;

- On Trade: Temporary and permanent POCM from inside POC to terrace.

These materials are developed following brand guidelines and executed through our sales force. 


Activation kits are developed to execute the Game Plan, which is a translation of the marketing strategy into sales actions. The Game Plan is executed in both channels (on-trade and off-trade), and both through sell-in (KAM/Wholesalers) and sell-out (our field sales force).

Brand Activation is crucial in bridging Marketing with Trade Marketing, in order to execute our brands according to the brand guidelines to ensure sustainable and consistent growth.

Main responsibilities: 

The Brand Activation Manager Nordics will be responsible to develop POCM, activation kits and selling tools within budget, quantities and timing aligned with Trade Marketing Manager.

Own trade materials from creative concept until delivery:

  • Design & develop standard POCM to activate POC execution drivers for on-trade and off-trade;
  • Design & develop temporary POCM for activation kits for the On Trade and Off-Trade;
  • Manage PoCM stock, PoCM forecast and orders through Zone POCM catalogue or via local suppliers;
  • Deliver trade materials to the central warehouse and manage kitting (for On Trade).

Develop selling stories and design selling tools for activations together with the marketing team.

·         University Degree in marketing or 1-2 years on the job experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing;

·         Pro-active/Energetic;

·         Solution and Result driven;

·         Great sense of Ownership and Responsibility;

·         Excellent Project Management skills;

·         Communicative;

·         Team Player;

·         Fluent in English.


In this assignment you will be employed by Nordic Retail Group and work as an full time consultant for ABInbev. The role is placed at ABInvevs Nordic office in Vasastan, Stockholm. Please send in your CV in English.
