About the role

We look for a true People Business Partner with the ambition to grow within AB InBev. The main challenges are: support and business partnering of our core scope: Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Support, recruitment, talent development & succession planning, competention based assessment and leadership development.

 

Responsibilities

Advising the management with change processes and organizational development.

Initiate and guide regular People (HR) processes. Think about talent & performance management, succession planning, in- and outflow of employees, non-performance cases and sickness follow up. Assure a correct distribution of roles between the employee, manager and People department.  

  • Develop and implement strategy to identify top talent, recruit and retain.
  • Be responsible for staff matters like recruitment & selection, dismissal cases and transfers.
  • Responsible for budget (People package) within scope.
  • Advise and support managers and supervisors with the implementation and execution  of the employee policy(s).
  • Signal both external and internal developments within the People scope that contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Play an active role in guiding and facilitating engagement.
  • Responsible for the roll out and follow up of excellence programs.
  • Coaching and advising of the line management and challenge them to bring the business and the employee to a higher level.
  • You will report to the People Manager NL Sales & Support & Nordics.

 

Function requirements

  • Relevant education within HR.
  • Knowledge of labour law and social insurance legislation.
  • Analytical, result driven, likes to take initiative, stress resistant.
  • Challenger, decisive, convincing and strong negotiating skills.
  • Ambitious and always willing to walk the extra mile.
  • You are professional sparring partner for managers.
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
  • Excellent level of the English language written and spoken.
