Job Description:

Join an enthusiastic team and take on a key role in growing our international brand portfolio across Retail in Finland.

The person will lead our off-trade field sales team, based in Helsinki, building the business for long term success.

Driving sales routines and coaching our field sales team will be key to ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets.

Work closely with the Key Account management / Marketing team to create additional sales opportunities and drive trade activations within Key retail partner.

 

Main accountabilities:

  •  Management
    • Be a leading part of business growth within Key Retailer
    • Build strong relationships with decision maker across retail business
    • Co-operation with Key Account Management / Trade Marketing and other departments ensuring targets are set and met with the right strategic/activation/promotion plans
    • Able to analyse market data and translating this into strategic decision/actions 
  • Leading/Managing Sales Team
    • Daily / weekly / monthly meetings with the BDRs
    • Define & Optimize target setting & tracking
    • Drive & Lead the team to deliver sales objectives
  • Coaching & development
    • Drive improvements of sales techniques/ process/ customer visits
    • Organize sales trainings
    • Leading and Developing local talents to strengthen our people pipeline

 

Requirements: 

  • Analytical  & Commercial experience (Market Data, Pricing calculation, Promotion, ROI)
  • Understanding of / experience within local retail landscape (especially Kesko)
  • Sales experience within Off Trade Beverage / Alcohol segment (BDR)
  • Understanding of Trade Marketing Activations
  • Proven networker, strong at building relationships
  • Team lead experience (People Development, Working Routines, Target Setting, KPIs)
  • Experience in Managing third party Sales force / Merchandiser
  • Strong leadership, communication, motivation and coaching skills
  • Prepared to work in a fast paced environment with daily challenges
  • Dream Big attitude with keen eye for detail

 

The employment is fulltime and ongoing. Start date January/February.
