Key Account Manager Digital Imaging to Panasonic


Panasonic is a worldwide leader in the development of diverse electronics technologies and solutions for customers in the consumer electronics, housing, automotive, enterprise solutions and device industries.


As a Key Account Manager you will be a part of the Lumix unit and be responsible for achieving and further developing sales results within the expanding Digital Imaging business. The key function comprises superior customer relationship management and it is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer requirement.


- Responsible for sales negotiation with local stores and accounts

- Responsible for net margin and marketing with these accounts

- Increase sales of Panasonics Lumix products and achieve the agreed targets 

- Educate salespeople in local stores within the Lumix products

- Coordinate all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region  

- Represent Panasonic at fairs and events to secure business within the local accounts    

- Work close together with management to implement best practice for sales and account management

- Forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as well as  actively participate in the annual budgeting process

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer and to set up improvements.


- Sales in store or B2B

- Consumer electronics experience


- Minimum 5 years of job experience in area of Sales/Account Management

- Good knowledge of the market and a good business sence

- Basic knowledge in Marketing

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
