This Key Account Manager for LG you will be an important part of the IT Solutions B2C-team and be responsible for achieving and further developing sales results within their expanding IT business. The key function comprises superior customer relationship management and it is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs and possibilities of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding relations and continuously work with resellers to plan and implement campaigns and develop store sell out.


- Responsible for LGs IT-solutions key clients in the Nordics. (i.e. Inet / Elgiganten(Elkjop) / NetOnNet / Webhallen / Proshop / Dustin etc.)

- Responsible for sales negotiation with accounts

- Responsible for net margin and marketing with these accounts

- Expand LGs presence and sell out in the IT space 

- Educate salespeople in local stores in LGs IT-products

- Coordinate all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region  

- Represent LG at fairs and events to secure business within the local accounts    

- Work close together with management to implement best practice for sales and account management

- Forecasting and actively participate in the annual budgeting process

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer, identify and implement your idéas with your team to improve LGs position.


- Sales in store and/or B2B

- Consumer electronics experience, preferably within IT


- Minimum 3 years of job experience in area of Sales/Account Management or relevant education in sales/ Account Management in combination of experience.

- Good knowledge of the market and a good business sense

- Has created measurable results in previous positions

- Basic knowledge in Marketing

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
