Join the team growing our brands in the newly created operations in Denmark. You will be responsible for the relationship with our customers in the retail channel, further building the business. Negotiating yearly agreements as well as driving our promotion calendar will be your key responsibility. Furthermore you will have to be our local source of knowledge for all things related in the channel and will carry full ownership of our performance. Grow to be an important part of our team with a Country Manager, Key Account Managers for On-Trade and Border & Convenience, Field Sales Manager and Nordic Marketing Support. Our office is in the middle of Copenhagen and English is the company language. Come join a team full of international brands and colleagues as soon as possible.


  • Build relationship with retail customers:
    • Get the beer category to grow in the channel
    • Lead negotiations with retail buyers for the respective chains and banners
    • Ensure execution of our activation calendar in retail
    • Manage day-to-day operations related to your own customers
  • Ownership of the growth on two important channels:
    • Responsible for the volume and results in the channels
    • Get deep understanding of innovations and trends in the market
    • Propose new strategies based on gained knowledge and expertise
    • Analyze our operations and performance on a regular basis to improve our way of working
    • Category expansion – i.e.: providing insightful market analysis in order to identify R&Os
    • Integrated commercial planning – i.e.: game plan, 52week/big bet calendar
    • Commercial performance analysis – i.e.: analyzing data to provide insights and close gaps
    • Marketing knowledge – i.e.: brand positioning, target segments, key occasions
    • Insights & data-based selling – i.e.: build tailored selling strategies by leveraging retailers BP
    • Negotiating, bargaining & collaboration – i.e.: strategic judgement executing challenges
    • P&L management – i.e.: track P&L performance, develop action plans and involve RevMan



  • Hands on mentality and mental flexibility
  • Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges
  • Proven networker, strong at building relationships
  • Financial knowledge, able to manage a P&L
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Teamwork
  • Fluent in Danish and English in written and speech
